Lannette M. Richardson, JD MBA
Educator. Cultural and creative economic strategist. Legal and policy advocate. Business and Legal Mind. Co-Founder of Diosas Unidas.
Lannette M. Richardson is a graduate of Southern University Law Center. She is a Los Angeles native with deep familial and cultural roots in Panama, bringing a global, multicultural perspective shaped by lived experience and professional work across culture, law, and the creative industries. Her career spans sports and entertainment law, intellectual property strategy, NIL, technology, tourism, and experiential cultural programming, with a consistent focus on access, visibility, and equity for underrepresented communities.
Lannette has worked within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer of a Big Three global talent agency in Los Angeles and across hospitality, entertainment, and tourism ecosystems, including hotels, casinos, and destination-driven cultural spaces. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how culture, policy, and economic systems intersect to shape opportunity and sustainability in the arts, film, music, and entertainment sectors.
She is a university-level educator teaching Business Law and Ethics, Business Management, and Management of Innovation and Technology, and is a published author in both English and Spanish, as well as a poetess whose work centers on identity, heritage, and storytelling. Outside of her professional work, she is an avid tennis player and lifelong student of culture and movement.
Lannette is the Founder of Mz. Digital Nomad LLC, a storytelling and strategy platform operating at the intersection of law, culture, tourism, and global mobility, and the Co-Founder of Envoy X Sports Athletics Tech Agency, LLC, a patent-pending artificial intelligence venture advancing opportunity and visibility for women and underrepresented communities in sports and entertainment.
As a cultural strategist, Lannette brings legal, business, and policy experience to creative and cultural initiatives, bridging artistic expression with regulatory, economic, and governance frameworks to support sustainable cultural growth. Her leadership includes service at the local, state, and national levels through board, executive, and advisory roles spanning civil rights, legal, athletic, and community organizations. She is a recipient of Ms. JD’s inaugural Ms. JD – Limitless Leadership Award, a former Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus Fellow, a Hispanic National Bar Association VIA Scholarship recipient, and a Centennial Scholar of the National Bar Association.
Through Diosas Unidas, Lannette centers cultural preservation through storytelling, legal literacy, and community-driven strategy, cultivating sustainable pathways for artists, creatives, and cultural leaders while strengthening the creative economy and honoring heritage as living infrastructure.

Mikekena B. Richardson, Civil Engineer MS

Mikekena Richardson is an infrastructure and innovation leader whose work advances resilient development, efficient project delivery, and equitable economic growth across the Nation and Globally. She brings precision in engineering, regulatory expertise, and systems-level thinking to initiatives that strengthen communities, accelerate recovery, and expand opportunity.
She is the Founder of ECO Disaster Recovery LLC, an engineering and construction management consulting firm, certified DBE and MBE focused on disaster resilience, FEMA, infrastructure compliance, and multi-jurisdictional project execution. With a background in civil engineering and multi-state commercial project management, Mikekena works fluently across local, state, and federal regulatory frameworks to support streamlined permitting, coordinated approvals, and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure. Her work emphasizes rebuilding smarter, reducing delays, and aligning infrastructure investment with long-term economic stability.
Mikekena is also the Co-Founder of Envoy X Sports Athletics Tech Agency LLC, where she applies engineering logic and compliance-driven strategy to technology-enabled sports and talent ecosystems. This work expands access, workforce pathways, and innovation at the intersection of physical infrastructure, digital platforms, and emerging industries.
As a Co-Founder of Diosas Unidas, she integrates infrastructure thinking into cultural and community-driven development, ensuring creative initiatives are operationally sound, scalable, and aligned with economic development goals. Her leadership connects culture, compliance, and innovation to support neighborhood vitality and inclusive growth.
A published author and scientific researcher, Mikekena is also a former NCAA Division I Basketball Student-Athlete, former High School Basketball Coach, Multi-State Certified Basketball Official, and former NCAA Division I Pep Band Member and an Alto-Saxophonist. This multidisciplinary foundation reinforces her disciplined, team-centered approach to leadership and execution.
